Thank you Raghav! These are great suggestions. Fully agree with you. Nowadays setting boundaries is still a bit challenging for me, with all the emails, slack, teams around. I’m still improving my flow. 😄
Just my 2 cents. To me, I also break my peak or working hours into several chunks. Each section is 45 minutes deep work + 5-10 minutes break to recharge. I also try to shutdown work 20-30 minutes before picking up my daughter from school. Just some alone time for myself, relax and shift focus. That will keep me alive the rest of the day and play with her.
Yikes...I use my inbox as a to-do list. What I love about this post is the shift from “personal willpower” to “system design.”
